Unit6 Keep our city clean

一、单元教材分析

教材分析:

本单元通过对城市环境现状和改进措施的讨论对话,呈现很富有时代气息的话题环保。Story time中话题清晰,无新的语法点,教材也把较难的讨论句式整理成较为整齐划一的句式让学生表达:谈论污染时,用句型makes,谈论改进时,运用句型:we can这样就降低了学生组织语句上的困难,更多的是从生活出发,从idea上去思考。在Grammar time中就把Story time中这两个功能句再次细化,让学生从结构上对这两个句型进行理解和操练。在Cartoon time的学习中,通过由于Bobby不文明的举动带出的一个小故事让学生再次明白保护环境人人有责。在Sound time中,再次研究句子的语调。一般疑问句用升调,肯定强调的用降调。Song time中让学生体会歌曲Two little blackbirds的轻松和欢快。

学情分析:

本单元的话题很时尚,也很现实。对于六年级的学生,应该接触和谈论这些有意义和现实的话题。对于这一话题,学生也并不陌生,学生有一定思想和思考,但是如何用英语去谈论,去表达自己对这一话题的观点,学生是不会的。于是,在Story timeGrammar time,Fun time中都循环反复的出现两个很重要的功能句:谈论污染时,用句型makes,谈论改进时,运用句型:we can。教师一定不要限制学生的思维,仅仅局限于书本。可用开放的形式,让学生用句式不断表达自己的观点,畅所欲言,如此,语言才有生命力,语言才能转化成能力,否则,语言就是某个句型,某个语法。在Cartoon time中,依然围绕这一话题,通过由于Bobby不文明的举动带出的一个小故事让学生再次明白保护环境人人有责,由于学生有一定的基础,完全可放手让学生自己读,自己体会和总结。在Sound time中,再次研究句子的语调,一般疑问句用升调,肯定强调的用降调。Song time中让学生体会歌曲Two little blackbirds的轻松和欢快。

(1)能够理解Story time/Cartoon time内容,能够熟练朗读故事,语音语调正确并能用自己的语言复述故事及表演。

(2)能听懂、会说、会读、会运用单词:clean, dirty, bins, a factory, a rubbish,smoke.

(3)能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型:What makes..?...makes.What can we do to ?We can 并能运用句型准确地表达对于话题的自我观点。

(4)能通过朗读感知了解英语句子中的语调的基本规则。

2.      技能目标

(1)能够理解Story time/Cartoon time内容,能够熟练朗读故事,语音语调正确并能用自己的语言复述故事及表演。

一、语音。

英语是一种语调语言。通常说,英语的语调有四种:降调,升调,降升调和升降调。英语朗读时语调来自于音调的变化,以降调和升调为两种基本语调。降调一般用于陈述,命令,表达“完整”,“肯定”的含义;升调用于提问等,表达“不肯定”,“礼貌”,“委婉”的含义。

1. 降调的使用。陈述句读降调: He works hard every day.

2. 特殊疑问句读降调: Who are you?

感叹句读降调: How clever she is!

2. 升调的使用。一般疑问句读升调: Are you a doctor?   Do you speak English?

   祈使句表示命令读降调,表示请求用升调: Don't move!

五、语法。

1. alsotoo 都表示的意思,都用于肯定句。

also通常位于be动词、助动词或情态动词之后,行为动词之前。

如:He is good at English. He is also good at Japanese.

She can swim. I can also swim.

I also want some tea.

too也用于肯定句,比also更通俗,一般放在句末。

: Xiao Li went to Beijing and Xiao Zhao went to Beijing too.

2. make用作使役动词表示使…变得。本单元中我们学习了“make+宾语+adj.(形容词)意为使某人 / 某事(变得)……”这种结构。

如:We must make the rivers clean. 我们必须净化河水。

是什么使我们的城市变脏/市街道变脏和乱七八糟?

Smoke from cars makes the air dirty. 来自汽车的烟使空气变脏。

Rubbish makes the streets messy and dirty. 垃圾使街道变脏和乱七八糟。

3. keep意思是保持,结构为:keep + sth. /sb. + 形容词

如:keep our city clean保持我们城市干净

4. help 意思是“帮助”,结构为help sb. do sth.帮助某人干某事

例题解析:Please help me______ (open) the door.

          解析:help sb. do sth.帮助某人干某事,所以填open

5. 动词不定式(to do)的用法,本单元涉及的“不定式”,用作状语,表示目的。

如:what can we do to…?我们能做些什么来……?

To keep the ….clean, we can…为了保持干净,我们能……

6. can表示能够,会做某事。它是情态动词,后面跟动词原形。

如:We can take the bus and the metro to school.我们能乘坐公交车和地铁去上学。

We can move some factories away from our city.

我们能将一些工厂从我们的城市搬走。
